Parent Coaching

As a clinical social worker, I work with parents to better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen communication, implement effective discipline strategies, and create a more connected, consistent home environment. Parent coaching is goal-oriented, supportive, and focused on providing tools you can apply immediately to foster positive change within your family.

Celiac Parent Mental Health Guidance

I use clinical training and personal experience to help parents accept their child’s diagnosis, manage grief over lost expectations, and build confidence. My approach is practical and whole-person, rooted in professional knowledge and lived experience. I teach strategies and give tools so your child can succeed at school, parties, restaurants, family events, and everyday social life — helping your family move forward with clarity, resilience, and hope.
